The Role: Be the Captain of Our Cruise Division

As our Cruise Administrative and Sales Supervisor, youll lead a dynamic team split between the U.S. and Argentina, driving sales, streamlining operations, and delivering five-star customer experiences. This isnt just a jobits a high-stakes challenge to transform our cruise division into a powerhouse of efficiency and revenue. Youll report directly to the GM of Cruise & Car and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our travel offerings.

What Youll Do: Lead, Sell, Succeed

  • Command the Team: Inspire, coach, and evaluate a high-performing crew of sales agents and administrative staff. Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and relentless improvement through regular team huddles and targeted training.
  • Drive Sales to New Heights: Smash individual and team sales targets by mentoring your team on killer sales techniques, deep cruise product knowledge, and customer engagement that converts. Handle high-value client inquiries like a pro.
  • Deliver Unforgettable Customer Experiences: Ensure every interaction sparkles with professionalism and care. Resolve escalated issues with finesse and use customer feedback to push for game-changing improvements.
  • Master the Operations: Oversee ticketing, booking management, payments, and reporting with precision. Keep processes compliant, schedules tight, and workflows smooth while introducing innovative systems to boost efficiency.
  • Own the Data: Dive into reports and analytics to provide actionable insights to leadership, ensuring were always one step ahead.

Who You Are: A Cruise Industry Rockstar

  • Cruise Savvy: You know the cruise industry inside and outbooking systems, sales strategies, and operational nuances are your playground. 35 years of experience in customer service, operations, or admin roles in cruise, travel, or hospitality is a must.
  • Leadership Fire: With 12 years of supervisory experience, youve got a proven track record of rallying teamsespecially remote or international onesto crush goals and exceed expectations.
  • Operational Wizard: Your organizational and multitasking skills are unmatched. You thrive under pressure, solve problems on the fly, and keep every detail in check.
  • Communication Pro: Your interpersonal skills light up a room, and you know how to motivate, coach, and connect with diverse teams and clients.
