The posting

Onze klant is een Belgische groothandel in technisch materiaal.Hoe ziet jouw takenpakket eruit?Je staat onder meer in voor:

  • Het opmaken van de bestellingen naar de leveranciers.
  • De opvolging van aankoopbestellingen en leveringen, met frequent telefonisch contact met de leveranciers.
  • Het optimaliseren van het stockbeheer, en het beheren en opvolgen van de retours.
  • Het archiveren van documenten in het digitale archief van het ERP-systeem.
  • De coördinatie van de jaarlijkse inventaris.
  • Op termijn ook het voeren van de onderhandelingen met de leveranciers.

Het systeem stelt bestelvoorstellen op op basis van de aankopen van de voorbije twaalf maanden. Veel van die aankopen zijn projectgebonden en komen dus niet terug. Je kijkt elk voorstel kritisch na en beslist zelf wat er effectief besteld wordt.

  • Je hebt minstens 3 jaar ervaring in aankoop, bij voorkeur in een technische omgeving.
  • Je werkt vlot met Excel en voelt je thuis in cijfers.
  • Je bent nauwkeurig en houdt je structuur vast, ook wanneer verkoop en magazijn tegelijk iets van je nodig hebben.
  • Je denkt kritisch na over wat er besteld moet worden en neemt een voorstel niet zomaar over.
  • Je spreekt Nederlands en Frans, en kan je in het Engels behelpen met de leveranciers.
  • Je gaat discreet om met vertrouwelijke informatie zoals aankoopprijzen en marges.
  • Je zoekt een functie voor de lange termijn en wil effectief doorgroeien.
