The posting

Title: Territory Account Executive

Location: Idaho & Arizona

Compensation: $65-80k Base, uncapped commissions ($100k yr 1 OTE)

Build a market. Don't manage a book.

We're expanding into key markets across the country and looking for ambitious B2B sales professionals who want to build something real, not just fill a seat.

This isn't an account management role. You won't sit behind a screen waiting for leads to land on your calendar. We need someone who shows up ready to work, stays curious, and keeps going when the easy path isn't available.

You'll build our presence in your local market by developing genuine relationships with CPAs, commercial real estate professionals, investors, brokers, lenders, and the other professionals who serve commercial real estate owners. The goal: become known as the cost seg person in your market.

Why this role matters now

Cost segregation is a tax strategy for owners of income producing real estate. It reclassifies building components, flooring, cabinetry, fixtures, and more, into shorter depreciation lives so clients can accelerate deductions, often 25-30% or more of a property's basis in year one.

With 100% bonus depreciation now permanent for qualifying property acquired after January 19, 2025, demand is stronger than ever across commercial, multifamily, short term rental, medical, retail, and other income producing real estate. Most CPAs won't take on these studies themselves because of IRS risk, which creates steady demand for a specialized, defensible third party provider. Our engineering backed studies deliver in as little as two weeks, and our operations team is already built to scale.

We've done meaningful work in Idaho, Arizona, Texas, and Utah. You'll own your territory and build on that foundation.

What you'll do

  • Build a territory from the ground up through outbound prospecting and real relationship development
  • Develop lasting relationships with CPA firms, commercial real estate professionals, investors, brokers, lenders, and other referral partners
  • Join and participate in the professional organizations and networking groups that matter in your market
  • Cold call, walk into offices, attend events, take people to breakfast or golf, and find creative ways to reach decision makers
  • Turn rejection into conversations and conversations into long term relationships and recurring business
  • Build a credible presence on LinkedIn and other channels that generates real opportunities
  • Become knowledgeable about cost segregation and commercial real estate (we'll train you, no expertise required on day one)
  • Create and own your pipeline

Compensation

  • Base: 65,000-80,000
  • Uncapped commissions
  • Year 1 OTE target: around $100,000
  • Recurring model: clients come back for additional properties, so a strong book compounds. A $1M+ book becomes seriously lucrative

This is a real step up for someone coming from door to door, cold calling, or high volume prospecting. The grit and work ethic that already got you results translates directly here, except now you're building a professional book of recurring business instead of starting over every month.
