PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES: Responsável por garantir uma infraestrutura de sistema compatível com a cultura de DevOps. Suas tarefas incluem a otimização dos processos de provisionamento de ambientes, automatizações para integração contínua, monitoramento de infraestrutura, gerenciamento de nuvem, entre outras. • Atuar no monitoramento autônomo da infraestrutura por meio de manutenção preditiva e preventiva do ambiente corporativo e datacenter com foco em conectividade, disponibilidade, performance, qualidade e segurança; • Atuar no monitoramento e controle de alertas, thresholds, triggers, pipes, automações e do escalonamento de tomada de decisões; • Atuar no gerenciamento Autônomo da infraestrutura, processos e negócios; • Realizar o controle e execução do ciclo de vida dos eventos, incidentes, requisições, problemas e mudanças dos processos industrializados e automatizados; • Atendimento e execução das requisições de configuração, parametrização e customização • e automatização das rotinas; • Trabalhar no reestabelecimento dos ativos, aplicações, sistemas e serviços industrializados e automatizados; • Atuar no provisionamento automática da infraestrutura e aplicações automatizadas; • Prover resposta imediata a incidentes e ataques; • Realizar preparo, análise, controle e suporte dos ambientes de teste (QAS), homologação, Desenvolvimento e Produção; • Atuar na operação do ambiente corporativo e datacenter, de toda a sua infraestrutura e respectivos ativos físicos e lógicos; • Atuar na demanda de sustentação e suporte do ambiente corporativo e datacenter; • Realizar análise de requisitos e integração de sistemas desenvolvidos internamente e ou sistemas legados sustentados. Requisitos Superior completo preferencialmente, nas áreas correlatas à Ciência da Computação; Engenharias; ou outra área voltada para desenvolvimento ou engenharia de software. Certificação não requerido. Experiência desejável: 04 anos em Área técnica de TI com uso de métodos ágeis; Ferramentas/cultura DevOps (CI/CD, Infraestrutura como código e modelos de deployment); Experiência em confecção e implementação de políticas de segurança da informação. Conhecimento em Conhecimentos e habilidades nas linguagens e tecnologias aplicadas no ambiente de atuação; Soluções de backup (instalação, configuração); Virtualizadores, containers e nuvem (instalação, administração, manutenção); SOs Linux e Windows; Operação, instalação e monitoramento de dispositivos de rede e segurança; Firewall e ferramentas de segurança de perímetro (balanceadores de carga, ids/ips, cdn, firewall de nova geração).
