PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES: Responsável por desenvolver e evoluir interfaces web de alta qualidade, garantir performance, acessibilidade e segurança das aplicações, além de atuar como referência técnica no time, apoiando decisões de arquitetura, revisando código e mentorando profissionais menos experientes. • Desenvolver interfaces ricas, responsivas e de alta performance utilizando frameworks modernos; • Projetar e manter componentes reutilizáveis integrados ao Design System da empresa; • Garantir aderência a boas práticas de UX, UI e acessibilidade; • Trabalhar em conjunto com Design, Backend, Produto e QA para entregar soluções consistentes; • Implementar testes automatizados (unitários, integração e end-to-end); • Realizar code reviews, compartilhar conhecimento e apoiar a evolução técnica do time; • Contribuir para decisões arquiteturais em projetos frontend; • Monitorar e otimizar performance e qualidade do código. Requisitos Graduação completa nas áreas de tecnologia da informação ou áreas correlatas (web design, design de produtos, administração, física, química ou engenharias ou pós-graduação em área correlata). Experiência Desejável: 05 anos atuando em Desenvolvimento avançado em frontend; Criação, manutenção e documentação de Design System de componentes; Sólida experiencia em performance e escalabilidade de componentes; HTML5, CSS3 (SASS/LESS, CSS Modules, Styled Components) e JavaScript (ES6+); Domínio em pelo menos um dos principais frameworks; Gerenciamento de estado; Uso de Git e ferramentas de versionamento; Vivência com metodologias ágeis (Scrum ou Kanban); Experiência em TypeScript; Mapas e geolocalização. Conhecimentos: em Integração com APIs REST; Familiaridade com testes automatizados; Entendimento de Clean Code; SOLID e boas práticas de arquitetura frontend; Conhecimento de WebGL; Habilidade com testes unitários; Proficiência em React; GIS /Maplibre.js; Cache no cliente; Criação de Design Systens; Acessibilidade e Darkmode.
