PRINCIPAIS ATIVIDADES: Apoiar a fiscalização na implementação ou adequação em Sistemas de Gestão de SMS e suporte a Auditoria interna ou externa. · Implementar ferramentas do Sistema de Gestão de SMS, tais como: Programa de Administração de Desvios (PAD) e Comitê de SMS; · Implementar, monitorar e avaliar o processo de Gestão da Conformidade Legal em SMS, estabelecendo as orientações necessárias para o seu planejamento, execução, monitoramento, controle e análise crítica, de forma a assegurar o atendimento aos requisitos legais aplicáveis às áreas de abrangência do cliente; · Planejar, implementar, checar e atuar (PDCA) nas 15 diretrizes do cliente, verificando o atendimento aos requisitos estabelecidos no Sistema de Gestão de SMS do cliente e outros requisitos legais aplicáveis; · Planejar o gerenciamento e fiscalização dos aspectos de SMS dos contratos da seguinte forma: preparar Listas de Verificação (LV) para avaliação periódica de SMS das atividades executadas pela prestadora de serviços, conforme fases da obra; estabelecer programa de inspeções e avaliações; elaborar cronograma de aplicação das LV; e realizar a análise de programas e planos de SMS; · Elaborar análise de riscos com identificação dos perigos operacionais (processos), a avaliação dos riscos e a definição das ações preventivas necessárias para controle dos riscos envolvidos; · Planejar mensalmente as Listas de Verificação (LV) de SMS avaliando os requisitos legais e contratuais, conforme fase da obra (construção, montagem, testes, comissionamento, pré-operação e partida); · Auditar o sistema de gestão de SMS, analisando as atividades exercidas em consonância com a norma ISO 45001, identificando as fragilidades operacionais e na gestão, de forma a reduzir riscos de acidentes e incidentes; · Auditar sistemas de gestão integrada das normas ISO 45001, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001, programas de auditoria comportamental, Processo de Avaliação de gestão de SMS (PAG-SMS) do cliente. Requisitos Graduação em Engenharia ou Arquitetura; Pós-graduação lato sensu (especialização) em Engenharia de Segurança do Trabalho. NOTA: Requer registro ativo no CREA ou CAU. O pagamento da anuidade do Conselho de Classe deverá ser efetuado ao órgão de classe responsável pela região onde o empregado estiver exercendo as suas atividades profissionais. Experiência Desejável: 04 anos e mais atuando em atividades relacionadas com atuação na indústria de energia (óleo, gás, termoelétricas, entre outras), química/petroquímica, multinacionais-certificadoras ou montagem industrial de grande ou médio porte. Nota: Caso a experiência seja anterior à sua graduação, cada 02 (dois) anos de experiência serão convertidos em 01 (um) ano de experiência para fins de enquadramento. Conhecimentos: Pacote office; Higiene Ocupacional; Perícia de Insalubridade e Periculosidade; Auditoria em Sistemas de Gestão.
