Os Centros de Atenção Psicossocial - CAPS são serviços públicos de saúde mental, abertos à comunidade, que acolhem pessoas em intenso sofrimento psíquico, inclusive aquelas que enfrentam situações relacionadas ao uso prejudicial de álcool e outras drogas, apoiando no dia a dia e no processo de reinserção comunitária.

Eles contam com equipes multiprofissionais (médicos, psicólogos, terapeutas ocupacionais, assistentes sociais, enfermeiros, entre outros) que oferecem cuidado contínuo, acompanhamento clínico e apoio psicossocial aos usuários e familiares, assim como suporte a outros serviços de saúde.

Os atendimentos são voltados ao pessoas com intenso sofrimento psíquico (CAPS Adulto), pessoas em situações relacionadas ao uso prejudicial de álcool e outras drogas (CAPS Álcool e Drogas) e Crianças e adolescentes com sofrimento psíquico intenso (CAPS Infanto-juvenil), e não há necessidade de encaminhamento para ser atendido.

Responsabilidades e atribuiçõesGarantir a prestação qualitativa dos serviços de composição, preparação e fornecimento de medicamentos e outros preparos semelhantes, distribuir e registrar medicamentos segundo receituário, fazer a manipulação e análise de fórmulas de medicamentos, organizar, controlar e manter os equipamentos e materiais de trabalho, realizar as atividades de área/setor, seguindo as determinações do Gestor imediato e padronizações da Instituição e demais atividades pertinentes a função.Requisitos e qualificaçõesEnsino Superior Completo em Enfermagem.Pós-Graduação completa em uma ou mais das áreas citadas a seguir: Saúde mental, Saúde pública.Registro Ativo no Conselho da Classe.Experiência mínima de 06 (seis) comprovada na função de Enfermagem na área da saúde.Informações adicionaisAtuação em CAPS IJVaga para atuação 100% presencial em Diadema - SPProfissionais de empresas parceiras, fornecedores e/ou prestadores de serviços, vínculo com grau de parentesco ou afinidade no mesmo serviço ou que atuam em outra modalidade contratual (vínculo com o prestador), deverão observar normativas de RH vigentes, através de consulta junto ao setor de Recrutamento e Seleção.Benefícios e Parcerias:Vale Refeição;Vale Alimentação;Assistência Médica;Assistência Odontológica;Disponibilizamos parcerias com Wellhub (Gympass), SESC, Zenklub, faculdades, universidades e farmácias.
