As part of the Security & Safety organization, the team partners with business leaders across global operations to identify critical business functions, assess operational risks and dependencies, develop continuity strategies, and enhance organizational resilience. This work supports SPE's broader enterprise resilience mission, which integrates business continuity, emergency preparedness, crisis management, and threat intelligence capabilities.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the development of Business Impact Assessments (BIAs) and workaround planning by documenting information gathered during workshops, tracking outstanding items, and facilitating plan completion.
  • Develop program dashboards, trackers, and reporting tools to monitor the status of continuity planning efforts, milestones, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Attend workaround development meetings and workshops, capture action items and key decisions, and help ensure timely completion of follow-up activities.
  • Identify opportunities to improve program processes and develop tools, workflows, or tracking mechanisms that increase the efficiency and scalability of the Business Resilience program.

Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated project management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple workstreams, track deadlines, and independently drive follow-up actions.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with stakeholders across various business functions.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, and manage complex assignments with minimal supervision.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Emergency Management, Organizational Leadership, Risk Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
  • Experience coordinating projects, programs, events, or cross-functional initiatives in an academic, professional, or volunteer setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, SharePoint, or similar tools used for tracking and reporting. Interest in business continuity, organizational resilience, crisis management, risk management, or operational planning.
  • Experience developing process improvements, workflow systems, or project tracking mechanisms that improve efficiency and accountability.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
