Our client is seeking a Project Manager who will be responsible for leading and managing construction projects from inception to successful completion. As a vital member of their team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are executed efficiently, on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities.

  • Lead and inspire project teams to achieve project goals, fostering collaboration and a shared commitment to excellence.
  • Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets, and oversee their successful implementation.
  • Allocate and manage project resources effectively, including personnel, equipment, and materials.
  • Maintain clear and open communication with project stakeholders, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
  • Implement quality control processes to deliver projects that meet or exceed industry standards.
  • Monitor project costs and take proactive measures to control expenses and optimize project profitability.
  • Prioritize the safety of all project participants by enforcing health and safety protocols and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate project documentation, including progress reports, budgets, and change orders.
  • Address project-related challenges with creativity and efficiency, seeking innovative solutions.
  • Ensure high levels of client satisfaction by delivering projects that meet their requirements and expectations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
  • At least 5 years proven experience in project management within the Engineering & Construction industry.
  • PMP or similar project management certification is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • In-depth knowledge of construction methods, materials, and local regulations.
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver projects on time and within budget.
  • Commitment to safety, quality, and excellence.
  • Problem-solving mindset and adaptability to changing project conditions.
