Wir schaffen einen gleichberechtigten Zugang zu Sport und Gesundheitsversorgung und initiieren nachhaltige Maßnahmen in den Bereichen Bildung, Kultur und Arbeit. Unsere Angebote und Programme schaffen Begegnungen zwischen Menschen mit und ohne Beeinträchtigung und führen damit einen gesellschaftlichen Bewusstseinswandel herbei. Special Olympics Deutschland wurde 1991 als gemeinnütziger Verein gegründet und gehört seit 2007 dem Deutschen Olympischen Sportbund an.

Stellendetails

Im Rahmen des Praktikums wird ein umfassender Einblick in die Arbeit von SOD, speziell im Bereich Sport & Bildung gegeben.

Aufgabenbeschreibung

  • Unterstützung bei der Planung, Organisation und Umsetzung von Veranstaltungen zur Sportartenentwicklung (Lehrgänge und Austauschformate) und Bildungsveranstaltungen in über 30 Sportarten
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung und Bereitstellungen von Bildungsmaterialien und Trainingsleitfäden, auch im Bereich Online-Lernplattform
  • Unterstützung im Teilnehmendenmanagement, beim SOD Startpass und bei anderen administrativen Prozessen
  • Unterstützung bei Sportveranstaltungen oder Veranstaltungen für das TeamSOD
  • Einblicke können auch in die Bereiche Schulsport und Young Athletes und Prävention interpersonaler Gewalt gegeben werden.

Profil / Qualifikation

  • Vorkenntnisse in mindestens einem der Bereiche: Sportwissenschaften, Sportmanagement, Rehabilitationswissenschaften oder Sonderpädagogik
  • Sensibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Umgang mit Menschen mit geistiger und mehrfacher Behinderung.
  • Kenntnisse im Umgang mit MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Freude am eigenverantwortlichen Arbeiten und Zuverlässigkeit

Rahmenbedingungen

  • Strukturierte Einarbeitung und Unterstützung durch einen persönlichen „Buddy“ im Einarbeitungsprozess
  • Einblick und Mitarbeit in verschiedenste Themenfelder, Arbeitsinhalte und Arbeitsmethoden
  • Gemeinsam abgestimmte Zielstellung, Planung und Gestaltung des Praktikums
  • Flexible Arbeitszeiten mit der Möglichkeit zum Homeoffice an ausgewählten Wochentagen (Arbeitsort ist die Bundesgeschäftsstelle in Berlin)
  • Ein sportbegeistertes Team und flache Hierarchien
  • Laufzeit: Das Pflichtpraktikum hat eine Laufzeit von mindestens drei und maximal sechs Monaten, Einstiegsdatum flexibel ab 01.10.2026
