Sobre a vaga:

Como Mecânico Pleno, você atuará como um especialista intermediário no atendimento técnico e na manutenção de bicicletas, garantindo um alto padrão de qualidade em todos os serviços prestados. Seu trabalho será essencial para a fidelização dos nossos clientes e o fortalecimento da imagem da marca Specialized.

Você vai combinar habilidades técnicas avançadas com atendimento personalizado, sendo uma referência de confiança tanto para nossos clientes quanto para a equipe da loja.

Responsabilidades:

  • Realizar manutenções preventivas e corretivas com excelência técnica;
  • Diagnosticar problemas com precisão e propor soluções eficazes;
  • Oferecer suporte técnico à equipe de vendas e aos clientes;
  • Garantir a organização e o funcionamento da oficina;
  • Participar de treinamentos e estar sempre atualizado com as tecnologias Specialized.

O que esperamos de você:

  • Experiência prévia como mecânico de bicicletas (nível pleno);
  • Conhecimento em ajustes e manutenção de bikes de estrada, MTB e e-Bikes;
  • Atenção aos detalhes e foco em qualidade;
  • Boa comunicação e capacidade de trabalhar em equipe;
  • Proatividade e vontade de aprender continuamente.
