  • Manage supplier corrective action requests (SCARs) and verify effectiveness of corrective actions.

Supplier Quality & Continuous Improvement

  • Monitor supplier quality performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives to improve capability, quality, and consistency.
  • Partner with suppliers to strengthen manufacturing processes and long-term quality performance.
  • Recommend and support quality improvement projects based on data analysis and risk assessment.

Cross-functional Support

  • Support engineering change implementation and quality impact assessment for product and process changes.
  • Communicate quality risks, validation results, and readiness status to project teams and leadership.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
