Sales Representative

PROPÓSITO DEL CARGO

Apoyar el desarrollo del mercado y la ejecución de la estrategia comercial de los distribuidores en Latinoamérica. La posición analiza información comercial, acompaña la planificación del canal y genera recomendaciones que contribuyen al crecimiento del negocio y al posicionamiento de la marca.

NOMBRE CARGO: SALES REPRESENTATIVE

PRINCIPALES RESPONSABILIDADES

  • Identificar oportunidades de crecimiento mediante el análisis del desempeño, las tendencias y las dinámicas del canal.
  • Hacer seguimiento a los planes comerciales de los distribuidores y asegurar su alineación con la estrategia regional.
  • Construir relaciones sólidas con distribuidores, clientes clave y socios estratégicos.
  • Generar y presentar indicadores de desempeño (KPIs), reportes comerciales y recomendaciones para la toma de decisiones.
  • Analizar el desempeño de los mercados y proponer acciones de mejora.
  • Apoyar la planificación comercial y la implementación de iniciativas regionales en los diferentes mercados.
  • Coordinar acciones con equipos internos y externos para contribuir al cumplimiento de los objetivos regionales.
  • Elaborar reportes y presentaciones para audiencias internas y regionales.

LO QUE NECESITAS PARA GANAR

  • Profesional en Administración, Finanzas, Marketing, Negocios, Economía o áreas afines.
  • Entre 3 y 4 años de experiencia en planificación comercial, desarrollo de mercado, análisis de negocios o funciones relacionadas.
  • Capacidad para analizar información de mercado, identificar oportunidades y formular recomendaciones.
  • Experiencia trabajando con equipos multifuncionales y stakeholders regionales.
  • Excel avanzado. El conocimiento de Power BI, Tableau o herramientas CRM será valorado.
  • Inglés avanzado, oral y escrito.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación, organización, colaboración y orientación a resultados.
  • Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de Latinoamérica, según las necesidades del negocio.
