Vous intégrerez le département Back Office Operations et intégrerez une équipe spécialisée dans le traitement des opérations sur titres liées aux fonds d'investissement. Vous veillerez à la qualité, à la fiabilité et à la conformité des opérations, tout en assurant une collaboration étroite avec les équipes internes et les banques dépositaires. Ce poste est à pourvoir dans le cadre d'un contrat temporaire d'une durée d'un an, à temps plein. \\Missions principales\\ \* Traiter et analyser les événements sur titres reçus par SWIFT, courrier et Telekurs. \* Assurer la gestion des opérations sur titres et des coupons portant sur les fonds d'investissement. \* Communiquer des notifications précises et dans les délais aux Client Relationship Officers. \* Effectuer les rapprochements des positions en espèces et en titres pour l'ensemble des dossiers. \* Traiter les instructions relatives aux opérations volontaires et les transmettre aux banques dépositaires. \* Enregistrer correctement les opérations sur titres dans le système bancaire. \* Assurer le suivi et la résolution des incidents ou des questions liés aux opérations sur titres. \* Répondre aux demandes des équipes internes et des banques dépositaires. \* Effectuer les contrôles quotidiens et les tâches administratives nécessaires au bon fonctionnement de l'activité. \* Garantir l'intégrité, la fiabilité et la conformité des processus opérationnels. \* Participer à l'amélioration continue des méthodes de travail et des procédures internes. \\Nous recherchons un profil respectant les critères suivants :\\ \* Entre trois et cinq ans d'expérience confirmée dans le domaine des Corporate Actions. \* Expérience dans le traitement des opérations relatives aux fonds d'investissement. \* Maîtrise courante du français et de l'anglais, à l'oral comme à l'écrit. \* Bonne maîtrise de Microsoft Office, notamment Excel. \* Connaissance de SWIFT et des processus de rapprochement des positions en espèces et en titres. \* La connaissance du système bancaire Temenos Globus constitue un avantage important. \* Capacité à travailler efficacement sous pression et à gérer une charge de travail soutenue. \* Excellentes capacités d'analyse, d'organisation et de résolution de problèmes. \* Grande rigueur, autonomie et souci du détail. \* Attitude proactive, sens des responsabilités et orientation solutions. \* Excellent esprit d'équipe et très bonnes qualités relationnelles. !\[SpeciTec SA\]( ) \* SpeciTec SA Place de Pont\\-Rouge 1 1212 Grand\\-Lancy \* \[ \](\< \>) jpid36a9bc6jm jpit1044jm jpiy26jm
