Au sein d'une équipe à taille humaine, vous concevrez et déploierez des solutions reposant sur les LLM, avec une première priorité : développer l'assistant IA et ses agents. En collaboration avec les équipes produit et les experts métier, vous assurerez leur fiabilité, leur performance et leur sécurité dans un environnement financier réglementé. Vous intégrerez une équipe technique internationale pour développer des solutions d'IA en production dans un environnement startup privilégiant l'autonomie et la confiance. Poste à temps plein, en télétravail, idéalement depuis la Suisse ou un fuseau horaire proche, avec possibilité de travailler dans les bureaux à Genève. Prise de poste dès que possible, selon votre préavis. \\Missions principales\\ \* Concevoir et déployer des agents IA et des workflows intégrant outils, planification et gestion des erreurs. \* Fiabiliser les réponses grâce aux données connectées et à la recherche documentaire (RAG). \* Développer des agents pour les tâches planifiées, avec garde\\-fous et suivi des coûts. \* Automatiser les évaluations et prévenir les régressions dans la CI/CD. \* Optimiser la qualité, les performances, les coûts et la traçabilité des systèmes. \* Protéger les données et sécuriser les actions sensibles. \* Contribuer aux choix techniques, aux revues de code et à l'accompagnement de l'équipe. \\Nous recherchons un profil respectant les critères suivants:\\ \* Au moins trois ans d'expérience en développement backend avec TypeScript/ ou Python. \* Bonne maîtrise des API, de PostgreSQL, du cloud AWS et de la CI/CD. \* Expérience de mise en production de fonctionnalités LLM et d'agents utilisant des outils. \* Pratique du RAG, des embeddings, de la recherche vectorielle et de la gestion des prompts et du contexte. \* Compétences en évaluation des systèmes IA et en analyse statistique des résultats. \* Autonomie, qualités rédactionnelles et capacité à piloter des projets complexes. \* Diplôme en informatique ou expérience équivalente. \* Atouts : LangGraph, Claude Agent SDK, MCP, outils d'observabilité, Terraform, blockchain, fine\\-tuning ou expérience en environnement financier réglementé. \* Anglais professionnel ; le français constitue un atout. !\[SpeciTec SA\]( ) \* SpeciTec SA Place de Pont\\-Rouge 1 1212 Grand\\-Lancy \* \[ \](\< \>) jpid62fedfajm jpit1145jm jpiy26jm
