You will help manage compliance risks and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies in an environment where both English and German are used. \\Key responsibilities\\ \* Perform compliance monitoring and track follow\\-up actions. \* Review cases involving potential compliance risks, document findings and escalate issues as appropriate. \* Advise operational teams on the application of internal policies and procedures. \* Help maintain compliance policies, procedures and training materials. \* Monitor regulatory developments and assess their impact on business activities. \* Prepare compliance reports and support audits and internal reviews. \* Collaborate with Legal, Risk and operational teams in English and German. \\Your profile\\ \* University degree in Law, Finance, Economics or a related field. \* Relevant experience in compliance, internal control, audit or risk management. \* Good understanding of the Swiss regulatory environment and the ability to translate requirements into practical actions. \* German: minimum B2 level required, both written and spoken. \* English: professional proficiency, both written and spoken. \* Strong analytical skills, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities. \* Effective communication skills and the ability to work independently. \* Sound judgment and a high level of discretion when handling confidential information. \* Available to start as soon as possible and commit until end of November 2026\\. !\[SpeciTec SA\]( ) \* SpeciTec SA Place de Pont\\-Rouge 1 1212 Grand\\-Lancy \* \[ \](\< \>) jpid1a8f76fjm jpit1042jm jpiy26jm
