1.厂务及消防值班、日常巡检、记录保持，能发现异常并及时处理

2.制定厂房及公辅设施的维护保养计划，依据计划落实到位

3.厂务设施（包括厂房）常见故障判断及处置

4. 项目管理 · 协助对接新项目相关施工 0-1，定期汇报进度； · 支持生产等需求部门二次配，水电气支撑等工作； · 节能改造项目识别，筹备和实施

5. 厂务体系文件管理 · 负责跨部门协调相关工作，审核并提供有关资料/数据； · 参与厂务数据及文件的制作，汇报； · 参与体系、客户、EHS等部门各种审核，问题整改及反馈； · 厂务文件收集.整理.归档，厂房特种设备定期检测登记；

6. 厂务标准化、规范化及5S · 执行标准化运维流程 《基础设施运维 SOP》、规范填写《运维记录表》； · 协助完善《基础设施运维 SOP》《后勤服务标准》等核心制度，合规隐患（SO)改善

· 协助搭建厂务日常备品备件管理

其它上级交办的工作，如协助上级规范化管理及相关报告完善

任职资格：

-高低压电工证

-建筑物构筑物消防值班证

- 了解空调、电力系统、空压机系统、消防系统原理，具备设备维护与维修，故障判断与修复等

-有高度的安全风险意识、问题解决及沟通协调能力，能配合值班 ，团队协作，对厂务突发事件有应对能力
