We’re seeking a skilled PowerPoint Designer to translate scientific and medical content into clear, compelling, and visually engaging presentations for internal teams and clients. Content could include work across branded, unbranded, or corporate campaigns.

Prefer designers with up-to-date technology expertise and a keen eye for fresh, modern design PowerPoint decks. Agency experience is a MUST.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design PPT decks for pitches, workshops, sales meetings, and creative presentations
  • Convert a range and volume of content (clinical, marketing or strategic) into well-designed presentations
  • Collaborate with copy, design, strategy, and account teams. Use of design, font treatments, colors, and graphics is key
  • Build and maintain templates aligned to brand and compliance standards
  • Visualize data (trial results, charts, graphs) clearly, persuasively, and on brand
  • Ensure accuracy, consistency, and readability
  • Manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Stay current on design trends and presentation best practices

Qualifications

  • 2+ years in presentation design; healthcare/pharma/agency experience preferred
  • Advanced PowerPoint skills (masters, templates, animation, visual storytelling)
  • Strong layout, typography, color, and hierarchy; sharp attention to detail
  • Comfort with technical/scientific content (medical background a plus)
  • Adobe Illustrator/Photoshop/engaging AI are a plus
  • Able to interpret project briefs and deliver client-ready materials
  • Clear communicator and collaborative partner
