POSICIÓN:

Ingeniero de Manufactura

REPORTA A:

Supervisor de Ingeniería Manufactura

OBJETIVO/PROPOSITO:

Responsable de desarrollar las herramientas y procesos de manufactura robusta en las áreas asignadas de producción. Dar el soporte y cumplir con el papel de líder técnico en procesos de manufactura y productos fabricados en el área asignada; donde se implementen las mejoramientos Continuos bajo la siguiente responsabilidad y autoridad.

FUNCIONES/ RESPONSABILIDADES:

Describa las metas, objetivos o funciones primarias para este puesto

§ Desarrollar métodos para la optimización de procesos de producción.

§ Diseñar e implementar herramientas o fixtures de manufactura para el desarrollo e implementación de procesos.

§ Proporcionar el soporte técnico necesario a las áreas de producción.

§ Trabajar en equipo con los departamentos de Soporte para lograr la Calidad del producto.

§ Introducción de NPI de Plantas hermanas en Spellman de México S.A. de C.V

§ Desarrollo de PFMEA para las áreas donde sean requeridos

§ Desarrollo de Procedimientos que requieran ser generados en cada una de sus áreas para la definición de procesos.

§ Liderar y desarrollar programas de mejora continua.

§ Participar en actividades requeridas al Departamento de Ingeniería y estén alineadas con la dirección que sigue la empresa.

§ Soporte a Áreas de producción y NPI en cualquier área y en ambas Plantas cuando estas sean requeridas.

§ Revisión y actualización de Dashboard semanalmente.

§ Podrá detener cualquier proceso de manufactura, cuando este no cumpla con las especificaciones de calidad requeridas por el cliente.

§ Participar y contribuir al desarrollo de plan de mantenimiento a equipos de área o proceso asignado, basado en manuales de proveedor, experiencia y oportunidades de mejora.

§ Participar en la definición de niveles de repuestos necesarios para mantener los equipos en buenas condiciones de operación.

§ Dar cumplimiento y cuidar que el personal bajo su cargo de cumplimiento a cada uno de los puntos considerados dentro del código de conducta (ética) de Spellman de México, S.A. de C.V.

§ Incluyendo todas las actividades Inherentes al puesto.

ESCOLARIDAD:

Estudiante o Egresado de Carrera de Ingeniería Industrial o Electromecánica.

EXPERIENCIA:

3 años de experiencia en posición similar preferentemente.
