Objetivo / Propósito de la función: Apoyar las funciones de atención al personal en temas de recursos humanos y colaborar en el mantenimiento de la información de los empleados, cumpliendo con los requisitos legales y de auditoría.

Responsabilidades principales: • Recepción de documentación de nuevo ingreso (expedientes de personal). • Gestión de expedientes físicos de empleados actuales (para expedientes de personal de las plantas P2 y P4). • Digitalización de archivos (general). • Distribución de candados de combinación (para el personal pendiente). • Registro de entrega en vale de cargo (tarea a cargo del becario). • Actualización de fotografías en el sistema Tress (estandarización de fotos y batas). • Firmas electrónicas (Prioridad: personal de la Planta 3 proveniente de las plantas 2 y 4). • Estandarización posterior en la Planta 4 para asegurar que todo el personal cuente con firma electrónica. • Procesamiento de evaluaciones del periodo de prueba. • Archivo de documentos (actas de defunción y matrimonio, suspensiones, permisos sindicales). • Impresión de cartas para personal sindicalizado. Impresión y distribución de credenciales de identificación. • Archivado de documentos. • Actualización y preparación de expedientes. • Coordinación de actividades de 5S. • Cumplir con la Política de Salud, Seguridad y Medio Ambiente, siguiendo los procedimientos e instrucciones de trabajo aplicables a sus actividades para contribuir a los objetivos y metas establecidos.

Competencias / Habilidades: Nivel: (1-Básico, 2-Intermedio, 3-Avanzado, 4-Experto) • Licenciatura en Administración, Psicología o carrera afín. 2 • Inglés intermedio. 2 • Conocimientos de Microsoft Office, especialmente con dominio de Excel. 2 • Conocimiento de la Ley Federal del Trabajo 1 • Conocimiento y manejo del sistema TRESS/WD 1 • Conocimiento y comprensión de los sistemas de gestión ambiental y de calidad en sus versiones vigentes (p. ej., ISO 14001, 9001). 1
