Objetivo/Propósito del puesto: Asegurar que los productos fabricados cumplan con todas las especificaciones del cliente mediante la implementación de programas CNC utilizando técnicas de fabricación avanzadas.

Responsabilidades principales: • Crear programas de mecanizado CNC utilizando el software MasterCAM y códigos de lenguaje de máquina (Área de mecanizado).

• Crear y mantener un inventario actualizado de materias primas en el Área de mecanizado para evitar la entrega de pedidos con escasez de materia prima a producción.

• Crear programas de estampado CNC utilizando el software de la punzonadora AP100US o el software láser (Área de estampado).

• Fabricar piezas según las especificaciones de los planos.

• Determinar, diseñar y fabricar utillajes y/o herramientas, así como los métodos necesarios para la fabricación de piezas.

• Desarrollar configuraciones para máquinas CNC y convencionales.

• Asistir al personal del taller de mecanizado y/o estampado en el establecimiento y configuración de las configuraciones y la ejecución del trabajo.

• Supervisar los programas de mantenimiento preventivo. • Coordinar y supervisar las órdenes de producción para el diseño y desarrollo de utillajes.

Competencias y habilidades: • Título técnico o de bachillerato.

• Mínimo de 2 años de experiencia en taller de maquinaria y herramientas, preferiblemente en programación con equipos CNC.

• Conocimiento de MasterCAM y programación en códigos G y M.

• Conocimiento de máquinas herramienta.

• Conocimiento de listas de materiales (BOM) y rutas de procesos de fabricación.

• Interpretación de planos GD&T y tolerancias geométricas. • Dominio del uso de punzonadoras y máquinas láser AP100US y de la programación de códigos (estampado). • Conocimiento de la programación y operación de punzonadoras y máquinas láser (estampado).

• Conocimiento de máquinas y equipos de doblado de metales (estampado).

• Diseño y programación de máquinas Vipros/de doblado para nuevos productos (estampado). • Conocimiento de Microsoft Office. • Inglés básico.
