Speria, part of the broader Munters organization, helps customers create smarter, more efficient, and more connected operating environments through automation, environmental control, and integrated technology solutions. Our solutions support customers in improving operational performance, visibility, efficiency, and long-term productivity across complex commercial and agricultural environments.

We partner closely with customers, dealers, distributors, integrators, and industry stakeholders to deliver practical, high-value solutions that address real-world operational needs.

About the Role

We are seeking an Account Manager, Swine to develop, grow, and manage business opportunities across the swine industry in the United States and Canada. This is a highly customer-facing B2B sales role focused on selling automation, environmental control, and livestock technology solutions used in swine production environments.

In this role, you will own territory development, build relationships with producers and channel partners, identify new business opportunities, and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close and after-sales support. This position is ideal for someone with strong territory ownership, technical curiosity, and experience selling into the swine, livestock technology, environmental controls, automation, or agricultural equipment markets.

What You'll Do

  • Develop and execute a territory sales strategy to grow revenue, market share, and customer adoption across the U.S. and Canada swine market.
  • Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, customer visits, industry networking, cold outreach, referrals, and dealer or channel engagement.
  • Build and maintain relationships with swine producers, production companies, integrators, dealers, distributors, contractors, consultants, and other key industry stakeholders.
  • Own the full sales cycle, including opportunity identification, qualification, customer engagement, quotations, negotiation, close, and after-sales support.
  • Conduct regular customer visits to understand needs, review projects, identify opportunities, and provide commercial and technical support.
  • Deliver product presentations, technical demonstrations, and commercial discussions that clearly communicate the value of automation, environmental control, and livestock technology solutions.
  • Partner with internal Sales Engineering, Technical Support, Product Management, Customer Service, and Engineering teams to develop customer solutions, proposals, technical responses, and system recommendations.
  • Prepare, present, and negotiate quotations while ensuring pricing, margins, and commercial terms align with company guidelines and profitability targets.
  • Maintain accurate customer information, pipeline updates, forecasts, activity reports, quotes, orders, and territory performance data within CRM and ERP systems.
  • Represent the company professionally at customer meetings, trade shows, industry events, technical seminars, and other market-facing activities.

What We're Looking For

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience in agriculture, livestock technology, swine equipment, environmental controls, automation systems, or a related technical sales environment.
  • Direct experience selling to or supporting customers in the swine industry strongly preferred.
  • Experience with environmental control systems, controllers, automation technologies, ventilation systems, electrical/electronic equipment, or technology used inside swine production facilities.
  • Experience working with dealers, distributors, integrators, contractors, production companies, consultants, and key agricultural end users.
  • Ability to manage a remote territory, travel extensively, and work independently while maintaining strong communication with internal teams and customers.
  • Strong commercial judgment with the ability to qualify opportunities, understand customer needs, manage negotiations, and close business.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple accounts, opportunities, projects, priorities, and customer requests simultaneously.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Willingness to travel 50% to 75% throughout the United States and Canada.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with swine environmental control systems, controller hardware, ventilation systems, automation platforms, or livestock technology solutions.
  • Experience selling through dealer, distributor, or channel-partner networks.
  • Experience working for swine equipment manufacturers, controller companies, environmental control providers, or agricultural automation companies.
  • Experience developing new territories, launching new product lines, or expanding market presence in underdeveloped regions.
  • Strong understanding of swine production environments, facility operations, environmental control requirements, and customer buying processes.
  • Experience attending trade shows, conducting product demonstrations, leading technical sales discussions, or customer training sessions.
  • Ability to gather competitive intelligence and provide meaningful feedback to Product Management, Engineering, Marketing, and Leadership teams.

Why Join Us

  • Help grow the swine business across the United States and Canada.
  • Own a high-impact territory with responsibility for new business development, customer relationships, and market growth.
  • Partner with producers, integrators, dealers, distributors, and industry stakeholders to deliver technology-driven solutions for real-world operational needs.
  • Work cross-functionally with Sales Engineering, Technical Support, Product Management, Customer Service, and Engineering teams to solve customer challenges.
  • Join a technology-driven organization focused on automation, environmental control, and integrated solutions for complex agricultural environments.

Success in This Role Looks Like

Success in this role will be measured by:

  • Growth in revenue, bookings, and market penetration within the assigned territory.
  • Development of new customer relationships across swine producers, integrators, dealers, distributors, and strategic industry partners.
  • Consistent execution of a full-cycle sales process from prospecting through close.
  • Strong territory planning, forecasting accuracy, pipeline management, and CRM discipline.
  • Customer satisfaction, responsiveness, professionalism, and commercial effectiveness.
  • Achievement of annual sales objectives and overall territory growth targets.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
