Qui sommes nous ?

La Société SPG est une équipe de 80 personnes ETP – 20 M€ de CA, entité du Groupe SBM Company,on conditionne et distribue une offre complète de semences sous ses marques propres Caillard, Le Paysan et La Semeuse. Nous sommes parmi les marques leaders du marché — pour la grande distribution spécialisée (Jardinerie, GSB) et alimentaire (GSA) à destination du jardinier amateur, ainsi qu'une offre de pièges à moustiques sous la marque Biogents.

Votre mission ? En tant que manager de proximité, vous êtes le chef d'orchestre de nos ateliers préparation de commandes, box/PLV et retours. Sur le terrain, au contact direct des opérateurs, vous faites le lien entre les équipes et le Responsable Logistique de Site.

Concrètement, votre quotidien :

  • 👥 Animer et fédérer votre équipe terrain : brief quotidien, présence constante, sécurité au cœur des priorités
  • 📦 Piloter la performance de la préparation de commandes : qualité, cadence, fiabilité
  • 🎁 Superviser les activités box/PLV et retours magasins
  • 💡 Faire progresser l'organisation en proposant des améliorations concrètes sur le terrain

Le profil qu'on recherche :

  • Une expérience en management d'équipe terrain, en logistique ou en industrie - à défaut, une vraie envie de manager et le potentiel pour le faire : on est prêt à vous former !
  • Une bonne connaissance des process de préparation de commandes et des règles de sécurité entrepôt
  • À l'aise avec les outils ERP

  • Du sang-froid dans les moments de rush
  • Une organisation à toute épreuve pour jongler entre plusieurs activités
