Description du poste

En neuf comme en réhabilitation, Spie batignolles construction régions intervient sur l’ensemble du territoire national de la conception à la livraison sur tous les secteurs d’activité du bâtiment : industrie, équipements publics, santé, bureaux, logements, centres aquatiques, enseignement, hôtels et chalets, travaux maritimes et fluviaux, chais et châteaux.

Spie batignolles Nord, entité du groupe, est un expert reconnu dans le domaine de la construction.

Nous recherchons un(e) chargé(e) d'études de prix H/F en Travaux Maritimes et fluviaux, le poste est basé à CALAIS (62).

Au sein d’une équipe, vous participez aux réponses aux appels d’offre et remise de devis.

Pour cela, vous serez amené à :

- Comprendre les besoins de nos clients et y répondre en étant le plus fidèle possible

- Etudier les appels d’offre puis procéder au chiffrage des projets

- Participer à l’élaboration de la proposition commerciale

- Evaluer les risques techniques et économiques du projet, avec en appui si nécessaire, vos collègues et prestataires

- Identifier les moyens nécessaires et sélectionner les sous-traitants et fournisseurs.

- Être force de proposition, curieux et innovant pour trouver les meilleures variantes

- Participer à la capitalisation des données et retours d’expérience chantier

- Rédiger les documents techniques nécessaires pour la réponse au marché

Qualifications

Vous êtes passionné par votre métier et les défis grandeurs nature,

Vous avez le sens du détail, un esprit pragmatique et méthodique,

Votre curiosité intellectuelle vous amène à oser les solutions innovantes,

De formation technique les travaux maritimes, les travaux-publics ou le génie-civil, depuis au moins 5 ans, vous êtes expert des études de prix, postulez et rejoignez notre grande famille Spie batignolles !
