Description du poste

Au sein du Pôle d'Expertise Paie, vous prenez en charge la gestion de la paie ainsi que l’administration du personnel sur le périmètre Construction régions.

Vos missions seront les suivantes :

Gestion de la Paie

  • Contrôler, analyser et fiabiliser les données de pointage
  • Établir et sécuriser les bulletins de paie
  • Vérifier les données et préparer les DSN mensuelles
  • Gérer les fins de contrat : STC et dossiers administratifs associés

Administration du personnel :

  • Réaliser les formalités d’embauche : DPAE, affiliations (Caisse de congés payés, mutuelle)
  • Gérer les fins de contrat : établissement des soldes de tout compte et documents associés
  • Produire les DSN liées aux arrêts de travail et assurer le suivi des remboursements
  • Constituer et suivre les dossiers de prévoyance
  • Gérer les demandes de paiement des congés et assurer le suivi des déclarations

Qualifications

  • BAC +2 type BTS ou DUT
  • 3 à 5 ans d'expérience
  • Capacité à travailler en équipe, rigueur, sens de l'organisation, adaptabilité.
