Implanté en France métropolitaine, sur l’ensemble du littoral national, en outre-mer et à l’international, le Groupe ETPO fédère aujourd’hui 750 collaborateurs répartis sur 20 sites, et réalise en 2024 un chiffre d’affaires de 250 millions d’euros.

Description du poste

Rejoignez le Groupe ETPO et son agence du Havre pour une nouvelle opportunité en conduite de travaux et son activité Travaux Maritimes et fluviaux et Ouvrage d’art-Génie Civil.

Dans le cadre du développement de nos activités, nous recherchons un(e) conducteur(trice) de travaux principal.

Vos missions :

Technique :

• Assurer les démarches d’ouverture du chantier.

• Piloter la réalisation des études d’exécution.

• Gérer et suivre les commandes de matériels/matériaux.

• Réaliser un planning prévisionnel et suit l’avancement du chantier.

• Contrôler la conformité et la qualité des réalisations.

• Organiser des réunions de chantier et rédige les comptes rendus.

Gestion/Administration :

• Etablir et suivre le budget d’exécution.

• Gérer les comptes d’exploitation mensuels de chantier.

• Vérifier le bon règlement des factures sous-traitants et fournisseurs.

• Etablir les situations clients et s’assure de leur bon règlement.

• Négocier et assurer le suivi avec les sous-traitants/fournisseurs/clients

Qualifications

De formation bac + 2 (BTS, DUT) à bac + 5 (école d’ingénieur, master…) spécialisée dans le domaine du génie civil, vous disposez d’une expérience de 5 à 7 ans sur un poste en conduite de travaux.

Vous appréciez le travail en équipe, vous faites preuve de leadership et d’exemplarité ?

Vous disposez de fortes capacités d’organisation et d’autonomie vous savez fédérer une équipe autour d’un projet commun ?
