Description du poste

Spie batignolles Travaux Publics s’appuie sur un réseau national de près de 100 agences, ancrées au cœur des territoires. Elle intervient à la fois sur des projets de proximité et des opérations d’envergure, en mobilisant des expertises complémentaires dans huit domaines clés des travaux publics: terrassements, travaux routiers et d'aménagements, travaux ferroviaires, réseaux, génie civil de proximité, déconstruction, plateformes de production et revalorisation et génie écologique.

Nous recherchons pour notre agence un responsable d'atelier H/F basé sur Tourettes (83).

Votre quotidien sera de :

Superviser l'atelier, organiser et coordoner les travaux :

  • en assurant l'entretien mécanique du parc automobiles - VL et VUL (vidanges, etc...)
  • en assurant la gestion des ordres de réparation des engins de chantier, poids lourds
  • en assurant les dépannages chantiers (finisseur, cylindre, autres...)

Superviser et coordoner la gestion du parc :

  • en gérant les stocks d'entrée et sortie du dépôt
  • en s'occupant de la gestion et de l'entretien des matériels de type blindages, etc...
  • en s'assurant du respect des consignes du dépôt (bonne utilisation des bennes à déchets, gestion des stationnement des véhicules, propreté du parc, etc...)

Vos engagements en matière SSE :

• Maîtrise et respect des procédures, réglementations SSE liées au poste

• Maîtrise et respect de la politique et du management SSE de l’entreprise

• Maîtrise de la culture sécurité du groupe et de la branche travaux publics

Qualifications

Vous avez un minimum de 5 ans sur un poste similaire. Vous avez la capacité à intervenir sur différents types de machines et à gérer plusieurs tâches simultanément.

Vous maîtrisez les techniques de diagnostic et de réparation ; et avez de bonnes connaissances en mécanique générale et hydraulique.

Votre sens de l’organisation et votre capacité à travailler en équipe, seront les clefs de votre réussite.
