Chez Vallois, filiale de Spie batignolles paysage, est un acteur reconnu de l'aménagement extérieur depuis plus de 75 ans. Spécialisée dans les métiers du paysage, l'entreprise intervient dans la création et l'entretien d'espaces végétalisés ainsi que dans les activités de maçonnerie paysagère, VRD, ouvrages bois, structures métalliques et aires de jeux.

Dans le cadre de notre campagne de stages de fin d'études, nous recherchons un(e) stagiaire Bureau d'Études pour rejoindre nos agences en Haute – Normandie et l’Ile de France.

Description du poste

Intégré(e) au Bureau d'Études et accompagné(e) par un Chargé d'Études expérimenté, vous participerez aux différentes phases de réponse aux appels d'offres et à la préparation des projets.

À ce titre, vous serez amené(e) à :

  • Analyser les dossiers de consultation des entreprises
  • Réaliser les métrés et quantitatifs
  • Participer aux consultations fournisseurs et sous-traitants
  • Élaborer les déboursés et estimations budgétaires
  • Participer à la construction des offres techniques et financières
  • Réaliser des études comparatives et analyses de variantes
  • Contribuer à l'optimisation technique et économique des projets
  • Participer à la préparation du transfert des dossiers vers les équipes travaux

Selon les besoins de l'agence et votre spécialité, vous pourrez travailler sur une problématique à forte valeur ajoutée telle que :

  • L'optimisation des méthodes de chiffrage
  • L'intégration des enjeux environnementaux dans les réponses aux appels d'offres
  • L'amélioration des outils de calcul et d'estimation
  • Le développement d'une bibliothèque de prix ou de solutions techniques
  • L'analyse de la performance économique des projets

Qualifications

  • Vous préparez un diplôme Bac+5, (École d'ingénieur, master spécialisé, école du paysage, formation en aménagement …)
  • Vous êtes curieux(se) et rigoureux(se), attiré(e) par la technique et l'analyse, à l'aise avec les chiffres, intéressé(e) par l'environnement des appels d'offres et des projets d'aménagement.
