Als allround technicus voer je algemene onderhouds- en herstellingswerken uit bij onze klanten. Je zorgt ervoor dat kleine technische problemen snel en efficiënt worden opgelost.Wat zijn jou taken?

  • Uitvoeren van allerlei kleine herstellingen aan gebouwen en installaties.
  • Oplossen van elektrische storingen (stopcontacten, schakelaars, verlichting, ...).
  • Lezen van elektrische schema's.
  • Herstellen en afregelen van deuren, sloten, lades, rolluiken en rolpoorten.
  • Uitvoeren van kleine schilder-, pleister- en afwerkingswerken.
  • Vervangen van tapijttegels, plafondplaten en andere bouwkundige elementen.
  • Uitvoeren van kleine sanitaire en montagewerken.
  • Signaleren van defecten en meedenken over praktische oplossingen.
  • Klanten op een professionele en klantgerichte manier te woord staan.
  • Duidelijk rapporteren van de uitgevoerde werken.
  • Je stelt duidelijke en gestructureerde werkverslagen op

Je bent een echte allrounder die zelfstandig werkt en van aanpakken weet. Geen dag is hetzelfde en je krijgt de kans om een brede waaier aan technische klusjes op te nemen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een diploma elektrische installaties, elektrotechnieken, of een andere technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt ervaring met algemene herstellingen en onderhoudswerken aan gebouwen.
  • Je bent handig en houdt ervan om technische problemen praktisch en efficiënt op te lossen.
  • Je beschikt over een basiskennis elektriciteit en kan elektrische schema's lezen.
  • Je werkt zelfstandig, nauwkeurig en neemt verantwoordelijkheid op.
  • Je bent klantvriendelijk, flexibel en denkt oplossingsgericht.
  • Je beschikt over een rijbewijs B.
