The posting

SPIE Belgium helpt haar klanten bij het ontwerpen en realiseren van hun technische uitrusting en bij de exploitatie en het onderhoud van hun installaties.

Bij SPIE Industry Geel realiseren we piping, prefab en mechanische projecten voor industriële klanten. In ons eigen atelier prefabriceren we piping en constructies op maat, klaar voor montage op de werf. Zo combineren we technisch vakmanschap met een efficiënte uitvoering.

Als Projectmanager begeleid je projecten van voorbereiding tot oplevering. Je bent de schakel tussen de klant, het atelier, de werf en de verschillende projectpartners. Je krijgt de vrijheid om zelfstandig te werken en kunt rekenen op de ondersteuning van ervaren collega's.Wat ga je doen?

  • Projectvoorbereiding: je analyseert lastenboeken en prijsaanvragen en bepaalt de technische aanpak, werkmethodes en benodigde middelen.
  • Planning en organisatie: je stelt projectplanningen op, organiseert de werfbezetting en zorgt voor een efficiënte inzet van mensen en materialen.
  • Technische opvolging: je bewaakt de voortgang en uitvoering van de werken en stemt af met de werkvoorbereiding, het atelier en de werfteams.
  • Klantencontact: je bent het aanspreekpunt voor de klant, bespreekt de voortgang en zoekt oplossingen voor technische of organisatorische uitdagingen.
  • Leveranciers en onderaannemers: je vraagt offertes op, volgt bestellingen op en onderhandelt over prijs, kwaliteit en uitvoering.
  • Budgetbeheer: je volgt projectbudgetten, kosten en meerwerken op en stuurt bij waar nodig.
  • Veiligheid en kwaliteit: je waakt over de naleving van veiligheidsvoorschriften, kwaliteitsnormen en technische vereisten.
  • Teamcoördinatie: je brengt de verschillende betrokken partijen samen en motiveert het team om de projectdoelstellingen te behalen.

Wie ben jij?

  • Je hebt een bachelor in elektromechanica, mechanica of een gelijkwaardige technische opleiding.
  • Je hebt relevante ervaring in een industriële omgeving, bijvoorbeeld als project engineer, werkvoorbereider of projectmanager.
  • Je hebt technische kennis van piping, plaatwerk of metaalconstructies en kunt technische dossiers en tekeningen interpreteren.
  • Je bent een echte teamspeler die actief samenwerkt met collega's en andere afdelingen, kennis deelt en collega's coacht om samen tot de beste resultaten te komen.
  • Je werkt gestructureerd, hebt inzicht in planning en budgetten en neemt graag verantwoordelijkheid.
  • Je communiceert vlot, denkt oplossingsgericht en hebt oog voor veiligheid en kwaliteit.
  • Je spreekt goed Nederlands. Kennis van Engels en/of Frans is een pluspunt.
