Les divisions SPIE ICS (Information Communication Services), SPIE MTS (Multi\-Technical Services) et SPIE IFS (Integral Facility Services) proposent leurs services via 8 sites répartis dans toute la Suisse dans les secteurs Smart City, énergie, bâtiments efficients et industrie.

Le Business/Project Controller est le partenaire financier des équipes opérationnelles et de la direction. Il assure la maîtrise du P\&L, la rentabilité des projets, la fiabilité des prévisions ainsi que l'anticipation des risques et opportunités.

Ta mission :

Business Controlling

  • Piloter le P\&L, de l'Operational Income à l'EBIT, et garantir la fiabilité des analyses financières
  • Analyser la performance : activité, marge, EBIT et productivité
  • Évaluer les nouveaux projets selon les objectifs financiers et de rentabilité
  • Suivre les marges et les écarts, puis coordonner les actions correctives
  • Conduire les revues de projets et de contrats et challenger les hypothèses
  • Identifier les mesures permettant d'améliorer l'efficacité opérationnelle
  • Fournir à la direction des analyses sur les risques et opportunités
  • Accompagner les Project et Service Managers dans le pilotage financier
  • Produire les prévisions d'EBIT et contribuer aux budgets et forecasts

Project Controlling

  • Préparer et communiquer les résultats mensuels
  • Suivre la rentabilité, les coûts, le chiffre d'affaires, la marge et le cash\-flow des projets
  • Actualiser les prévisions selon l'évolution des projets
  • Analyser les écarts entre Business Case, budget, prévisions et réalisé
  • Garantir la qualité des données financières et soutenir la prise de décision
  • Formation supérieure en finance, contrôle de gestion, comptabilité, économie d'entreprise ou domaine équivalent
  • Expérience confirmée en business controlling, project controlling ou contrôle financier dans un environnement de projets ou de services
  • Maîtrise de SAP FI/CO et pratique concrète du suivi financier de projets
  • Grande expérience en budget et forecast, analyse des écarts, EBIT, rentabilité projet, risk \& opportunity management
  • Très bonnes connaissances dans Excel, Power BI, Power Query, en automatisation financière et amélioration continue
  • Excellentes capacités d'analyse, de synthèse, de communication et de présentation
  • Autonomie, rigueur, sens des priorités et capacité à travailler avec des interlocuteurs financiers et opérationnels
  • De langue maternelle française avec de très bonnes connaissances de l'anglais. L'allemand est un atout
  • Lieu de travail : Satigny ou Bussigny
