Dann könnten wir ziemlich gut zusammenpassen. Für SANTA PAULI suchen wir ab Oktober engagierte Barchefs / Schichtleitungen (m/w/d) für unsere Gastroeinheiten.

Wie sieht der Job aus?

Du leitest deine Bar und dein Team eigenständig und packst selbst mit an. Du bist nicht nur für die Schicht verantwortlich, sondern mittendrin im Geschehen – hinter der Bar, im Team und im Kontakt mit den Gästen.

  • Du koordinierst die Schichten, sorgst für klare Abläufe und arbeitest neue Teammitglieder ein.
  • Du behältst Kasse, Warenbestand und Logistik im Blick.
  • Du bist Ansprechperson für dein Team und unsere Gäste und findest auch bei vollem Haus gute Lösungen.
  • Du übernimmst die Vor- und Nachbereitung deiner Schicht.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit der gastronomischen Leitung, anderen Barchefs sowie den beteiligten Teams aus Produktion und Fremdgewerken zusammen.

Das bringst Du mit

Wir suchen keine perfekten Lebensläufe, sondern Menschen, die wissen, wie Gastro funktioniert und Bock auf den Job haben. Idealerweise hast du bereits Erfahrung hinter der Bar oder in einer vergleichbaren, schnelllebigen Umgebung und:

  • übernimmst gerne Verantwortung, arbeitest selbstständig und kannst ein Team auf Augenhöhe führen
  • behältst auch bei Stress den Überblick und kannst dich durchsetzen, wenn es darauf ankommt
  • gehst souverän und freundlich mit Gästen und Teammitgliedern um
  • bist zuverlässig und flexibel
  • bist bereit, im Früh- und Spätdienst sowie an Wochenenden und Feiertagen zu arbeiten. Die Schichten werden fair und planbar eingeteilt.

DEIN ARBEITSPLATZ: SANTA PAULI Hier geht es nicht um klassische Weihnachtsmarkt-Gastronomie. Bei SANTA PAULI treffen Weihnachtsmarkt, St. Pauli, Drinks, Musik und jede Menge Gäste aufeinander.

Hinter den Bars ist ordentlich was los – deshalb brauchen wir Menschen, die mitdenken, Verantwortung übernehmen und auch bei vollem Haus einen kühlen Kopf behalten.

Du arbeitest mitten auf dem Spielbudenplatz und bist Teil eines Teams, das SANTA PAULI jedes Jahr aufs Neue auf die Beine stellt.
