Position Summary:

Spin.AI is looking for a Director of Product Management to lead our security product portfolio and take it to the next level. You will own two strategic, fast-growing products - our Browser Security solution and our SaaS DLP solution - and be the driving force behind their success in the market. This is an end-to-end leadership role: you will define the product vision, own the roadmap, stay ahead of the competitive landscape, and work hand-in-hand with engineering teams to turn strategy into products customers love. Above all, you will lead these products to scale - growing adoption, revenue and market position. If you are a business-minded product leader with deep security expertise who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, we want to talk to you.

Role and Responsibilities:

  • Own the product vision and long-term strategy, aligned with market trends, customer needs, and business objectives.
  • Conduct market research, competitive analysis, and customer interviews to identify product opportunities and define the product roadmap.
  • Collaborate with the executive team to prioritize features, releases, and investment areas.
  • Work closely with customers, sales, marketing, and other stakeholders to understand their needs, pain points, and desired outcomes.
  • Translate customer requirements into detailed product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ensure the feasibility and usability of product features.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, quality assurance, and operations, to develop and deliver high-quality products on time and within budget.
  • Lead agile product development processes, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release management.
  • Conduct regular product reviews, track progress, and address any issues or obstacles that arise during the development cycle.
  • Stay up-to-date with cybersecurity industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to identify differentiation opportunities and inform product positioning and pricing strategies.
  • Monitor customer feedback and market demands to continuously improve and evolve the product offerings.
  • Partner with marketing and sales on go-to-market strategy, including positioning, messaging, pricing and sales enablement.
  • Support product launches, customer demonstrations, webinars and training sessions.
  • Monitor product performance and key metrics, analyze user feedback, and identify areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Collaborate with customer success teams to gather customer insights, track product usage, and gather feedback for future iterations.
  • Work with engineering teams to prioritize and address bug fixes, enhancements, and feature requests.

Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in product management roles at security companies.
  • Proven experience leading a Browser Security product.
  • At least one role leading a product at a fast-growing startup.
  • Experience leading the integration of multiple products into a unified platform or offering - a strong plus.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, technologies and market trends, familiarity with DLP and SaaS security - a strong plus.
  • Very strong business orientation - the ability to connect product decisions to revenue, growth and customer value.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-friendly solutions.
  • Track record of working closely with engineering teams and delivering high-quality products on time.
  • Strong leadership, collaboration and communication skills, with the ability to influence executives and cross-functional teams.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies and product management best practices and tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, business or a related field (or equivalent experience). MBA preferred.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
