Deine Aufgaben

  • Du unterstützt die Neukundengewinnung für das gesamte Leistungs- und Lösungsportfolio von SPIRIT/21, indem Du potenzielle Kunden recherchierst, qualifizierst und über Telefon, E-Mail und Social Media ansprichst
  • Du identifizierst relevante Ansprechpartner, ermittelst erste Kundenbedarfe und bewertest Geschäftspotenziale anhand definierter Kriterien
  • Du entwickelst neue Kundenkontakte durch eine gezielte und kontinuierliche Ansprache weiter, vereinbarst qualifizierte Erstgespräche und sorgst für eine strukturierte Übergabe an die zuständigen Vertriebseinheiten
  • Du steuerst und dokumentierst Deine Leadgenerierungsaktivitäten anhand vereinbarter Ziele und Kennzahlen, verfolgst offene Kontakte konsequent nach und unterstützt die Weiterentwicklung unserer Vertriebspipeline
  • Du pflegst und aktualisierst Interessenten- und Kontaktdaten in der SAP Sales Cloud und stellst eine hohe Datenqualität sowie eine vollständige und nachvollziehbare Dokumentation sicher
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Marketing, Sales und Delivery zusammen und unterstützt die Planung, Umsetzung und Nachverfolgung zielgerichteter Kampagnen zur Neukundengewinnung
  • Du bringst eigene Ideen zur Verbesserung unserer Sales-Operations-Prozesse ein, unterstützt bei der Identifikation neuer Zielgruppen und Marktpotenziale und wirkst an der kontinuierlichen Optimierung unserer Arbeitsabläufe mit

Dein Profil

  • Du bringst erste Berufserfahrung im B2B-Vertrieb, Sales Development oder in vertriebsnahen operativen Funktionen mit – idealerweise im IT-Umfeld
  • Du arbeitest gerne strukturiert und datenorientiert und hast Freude daran, Vertriebsaktivitäten zu organisieren, nachzuverfolgen und transparent zu dokumentieren
  • Du gehst aktiv auf Menschen zu, kommunizierst überzeugend und verbindlich und hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, Kundeninteresse zu wecken und erste Bedarfe zu erkennen
  • Du übernimmst Verantwortung für Deine Aufgaben, arbeitest eigenständig und zuverlässig und verfolgst vereinbarte Ziele konsequent
  • Du kannst mehrere Kontakte und Aufgaben parallel organisieren, setzt sinnvolle Prioritäten und behältst auch bei hohem Arbeitsaufkommen den Überblick
  • Du bist sicher im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen oder bereit, Dich schnell in die SAP Sales Cloud einzuarbeiten Ein gutes Verständnis für Kennzahlen, Datenqualität und strukturierte Vertriebsprozesse ist von Vorteil
  • Du arbeitest gerne im Team, stimmst Dich offen mit Marketing, Sales und Delivery ab und bringst eigene Ideen ein, um Prozesse und Arbeitsweisen kontinuierlich zu verbessern
