IT Administrator Position Summary Working in the IT department, the IT Administrator is responsible for all aspects of IT administration, Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP administration, system integrations, and second-tier end-user support. The incumbent will setup, configure, maintain, and provide day-to-day management of Microsoft 365 services, Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP modules, Azure services, endpoints, networking, Windows servers, and storage services. The role will also support Dynamics 365 configurations, data relationships, integrations, and API connectivity between business systems to ensure reliable and efficient business operations. Skills, Knowledge and Experience • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience administering, configuring, and supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 ERP environments. • Minimum 2-3 Years of progressive experience in an IT helpdesk, service desk, desktop support, or technical support environment. • Experience configuring Dynamics 365 modules, workflows, forms, business rules, entities, and system settings to support business requirements. • Understanding of Dynamics 365 data architecture including entity relationships, linked records, data mappings, table structures, and dependencies between modules. • Experience working with APIs, web services, and integration platforms to establish, maintain, and troubleshoot integrations between Dynamics 365 and third-party applications. • Experience troubleshooting data synchronization issues, integration failures, and relationship mapping between connected business systems such as Brightspace and Vitrium. • Experience managing Microsoft Intune environments including device enrollment, configuration profiles, application deployment, compliance policies, endpoint security, Windows Autopilot, MDM, and MAM. • Experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD), including user lifecycle management, Conditional Access, MFA, security groups, enterprise applications, and RBAC. • Maintain detailed IT asset inventory and equipment records • Experience leveraging Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, AI-powered workflows, or similar artificial intelligence platforms to improve business processes, automate repetitive tasks, and enhance end-user productivity. • Excellent customer service skills and a responsive attitude. • Technical writing and documentation. • Microsoft administration for: Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Exchange Online, Teams, Intune, Entra ID (Azure AD), Azure, Purview, Defender, Power Automate, PowerShell, Windows Server, and Hyper-V, including configuration, security, automation, and integration between business systems. Education University Diploma in Information Technology or Computer Science or equivalent discipline of study. Relevant Certifications (An Asset): • Microsoft certifications in progress or completed are an asset, such as: Azure Administrator Associate, Identity and Access Administrator Associate, Endpoint Administrator Associate, Windows Server Hybrid Administrator Associate. • ITIL 4 Foundation • CompTIA Security+ or equivalent security certification • Linux certification such as RHCSA or LPIC-1 is an asset
