Wir suchen per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung am Standort Burgdorf eine:n

Aufgabengebiet

  • Du betreust und überwachst kritisch kranke Patientinnen / Patienten aller Fachrichtungen kompetent und vorausschauend – von der Aufnahme bis zur Verlegung
  • Du führst anspruchsvolle intensivpflegerische Massnahmen eigenverantwortlich durch und gewährleistest die sichere apparative Überwachung
  • Du bist aktives Mitglied des REA\-Teams und übernimmst Verantwortung in Akut\- und Notfallsituationen
  • Du verantwortest den Pflegeprozess sowie dessen fachgerechte Dokumentation
  • Du arbeitest interprofessionell eng mit dem ärztlichen Dienst und weiteren Fachbereichen zusammen
  • Du begleitest Studierende NDS HF Intensivpflege und unterstützt neue Mitarbeitende bei der Einarbeitung

Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Nachdiplomstudium HF Intensivpflege (oder eine gleichwertige, in der Schweiz anerkannte Ausbildung)
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse und Freude an der anspruchsvollen Pflege kritisch kranker Patientinnen / Patienten
  • Hohes Engagement, Belastbarkeit sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Offene, flexible Persönlichkeit mit ausgeprägter interdisziplinärer Teamfähigkeit
  • Reflexionsfähigkeit sowie vernetztes Denken und Handeln
  • Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtdienst
