Unsere Pflegefachkräfte sind die unmittelbaren Ansprechpersonen während dem Aufenthalt unserer rund 96'000 Patient:innen pro Jahr. Sie sind für die fachliche und individuelle Betreuung zuständig. Im Mittelpunkt der Betreuung stehen immer das Wohlbefinden und die Wiedererlangung der Selbständigkeit unserer Patient:innen. Der Pflegedienst ist eng vernetzt mit allen Bereichen des Spitals und arbeitet eng mit dem ärztlichen Dienst, den Therapien sowie den anderen Bereichen zusammen.

Direktbewerbungen werden bevorzugt, externe Stellenvermittlungsbüros werden nicht prioritär behandelt.

  • Vollumfängliche Betreuung, Begleitung und Unterstützung von Studierenden HF/FH und Lernenden Fachpersonen Gesundheit
  • Pflege von Patienten mit fachlichen Schwerpunkten der Medizin
  • Fachgerechte und individuelle Patientenbetreuung in komplexen Pflegesituationen als Bezugsperson
  • Umfassende Austrittsplanung
  • Begleitung der Angehörigen
  • Aktive interprofessionelle Zusammenarbeit

Sie

  • haben eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • verfügen über einige Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Akutpflege
  • weisen eine Zusatzausbildung aus z.B. CAS Ausbilden in Gesundheitsberufen oder die Bereitschaft diese zu absolvieren
  • sind eine aufgestellte, motivierte Persönlichkeit mit pädagogischen Fähigkeiten
  • verfügen über ausgezeichnete Deutschkenntnisse (mündlich und schriftlich)
