Wir betreuen unsere 126 Bewohnenden und ihre Angehörigen mit Fachkompetenz und viel menschlichem Engagement. Die Situationen unserer Bewohnenden-oft direkt nach Austritt aus dem Akutspital- sind teilweise komplex. Die Behandlung, Pflege und Betreuung erfordern spezifische Kenntnisse im Bereich Geriatrie sowie individuell angepasste Unterstützung in gesundheitlichen, sozialen oder seelischen Belangen. Das Pflegeentwicklungsteam arbeitet eng mit dem multiprofessionellen Team bestehend aus dem Pflegekader, Pflegefachpersonen, dem ärztlichen Dienst und weiteren Bereichen aus dem Pflegezentrum und Akutspital zusammen.

Direktbewerbungen werden bevorzugt, externe Stellenvermittlungsbüros werden nicht prioritär behandelt.

Hier engagieren Sie sich

  • Mitarbeit in der direkten Pflege und Betreuung der Bewohnenden
  • Unterstützung und Begleitung von Pflegefachpersonen und Pflegeteams in komplexen Bewohnersituationen.
  • Mitarbeit und eigenständige Durchführung von Weiterbildungen
  • Evidenzbasiertes Erarbeiten und à jour Halten von Pflegekonzepten und Handlungsanleitungen
  • Weiterentwickeln und unterstützen bei der Umsetzung des Pflegeprozesses
  • Zusammenarbeit und Einbringen der geriatrischen und weiterer Expertise ins Pflegentwicklungs- und in das interdisziplinäre Betreuungsteam

Sie

  • verfügen über eine Ausbildung als diplomierte Pflegefachperson HF/FH
  • haben mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer Schweizerischen Langzeitpflegeinstitution oder einer Akutgeriatrie
  • befinden sich in einer der Weiterbildungen Geriatrie (CAS Intercare, MAS Geriatrie) oder Pflegewissenschaft (MScN) oder haben eine davon bereits abgeschlossen
  • haben Bereitschaft und Freude an der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit und der Arbeit in einem kleinen Pflegeentwicklungsteam, das im Pflegezentrum und im Akutspital agiert
  • sind eine offene, flexible, pragmatische und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit
