Als Gesundheitszentrum in der Region Freiamt bietet das Spital für alle Lebensphasen eine qualitativ hochwertige Grundversorgung. 940 Mitarbeitende stellen in einer familiären Atmosphäre eine umfassende Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten sicher. Jährlich nehmen wir rund 78‘000 ambulante und 7‘400 stationäre Behandlungen vor. Unser Spital verfügt über sechs Opera tionssäle, vier Gebärsäle, rund 100 Betten im stationären Bereich und sechs zertifizierte Intensivpflege plätze. Ihre Aufgaben

Gemeinsam mit Ihren Kollegen sind Sie für die patientenorientierte, professionelle Pflege und Betreuung von intensivmedizinischen Patienten aus allen Fachabteilungen des Spitals verantwortlich. Sie leisten, ein gebettet in ein multiprofessionelles Team, einen wesentlichen Beitrag zum Therapie\- und Pflegeprozess unserer Intensivpatienten. Sie betreuen Angehörige in Krisensituationen und wirken bei präventiven, diag nostischen und therapeutischen Massnahmen mit oder leiten diese ein. Es besteht die Möglichkeit, sich aktiv mit innovativen Ideen in Arbeitsgruppen einzubringen.

Ihr Profil

Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachperson HF/FH und eine Fachweiterbil dung in der Intensivpflege. Sie zeichnen sich durch ein professionelles Pflegeverständnis mit hoher Fach\- und Sozialkompetenz aus und bringen ein ausgeprägtes Qualitäts\- und Verantwortungsbewusstsein mit. Mit Ihrer teamfähigen, belastbaren und flexiblen Persönlichkeit und Ihrem interdisziplinären Denken und Handeln wirken Sie aktiv im Behandlungs\- und Teamprozess mit.
