Ihre Aufgaben

  • Gewährleisten einer professionellen Pflege und Betreuung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Verantwortung für die fachliche Führung auf der Pflegestation im Rahmen von Shared Governance
  • Einführung von neuen Mitarbeitenden
  • Coaching und Begleitungen von Mitarbeitenden in der Pflege
  • Mitentwickeln und Umsetzen von Jahreszielen, Standards und Richtlinien
  • Vorbereiten und Durchführen von fachlichen Weiterbildungen, Fachaustauschen und Fallbesprechungen
  • Sie leben eine Vorbildfunktion
  • Festlegen von Massnahmen und Prioritäten in der Entwicklung der Pflege in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Führungsteam sowie Umsetzung und Kontrolle

Ihr Profil

  • Ausbildung als Dipl. Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann HF/FH und Arbeitserfahrung in einem Akutspital
  • Freude in der Umsetzung von Fach\- und Führungsthemen
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Ein professionelles Pflegeverständnis Sie haben Freude an komplexen Patientensituationen und unterstützen ihre Kolleginnen und Kollegen in der Pflege
  • Bei ausländischen Diplomen ist die SRK Anerkennung zwingend erforderlich
