Für unser Ambulatorium Gynäkologie-Geburtshilfe suchen wir per Vereinbarung eine:n

Medizinische:r Praxisassistent:in / Fachperson Gesundheit (50 %)

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion sind Sie die zentrale Ansprechperson für Patient:innen, Zuweiser und Ärzte. Sie sorgen für einen reibungslosen Praxis- und Sprechstundenablauf und übernehmen sowohl organisatorische als auch medizinische Aufgaben.

Ihre Herausforderung ##

  • Kompetente Betreuung von Patient:innen, Zuweisern und Ärzte - persönlich, telefonisch und schriftlich
  • Unterstützung der Ärzte während der Sprechstunden sowie Planung und Koordination der Termine mittels elektronischer Agenda
  • Durchführung diagnostischer und pflegerischer Tätigkeiten wie Blutentnahmen (venös und kapillär), Glukosetoleranztests, Impfungen, Injektionen, CTG-Kontrollen und Vitalparametererhebungen
  • Anlegen und Überwachen von Infusionen
  • Organisation und Koordination direkter Operationseintritte in Zusammenarbeit mit zuweisenden Ärzten
  • Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen Ärzteteam und Bettendisposition
  • Verantwortung für die tägliche Postbearbeitung sowie die Verwaltung, Archivierung und Bereitstellung von Patientenakten
  • Mitarbeit in der allgemeinen Praxisadministration und Sicherstellung effizienter Abläufe im Praxisalltag

Ihr Profil ##

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Medizinische:r Praxisassistent:in oder Fachperson Gesundheit
  • Erfahrung in der Gynäkologie von Vorteil
  • Gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse inkl. elektronische Agenda und Krankenakte
  • Sichere Anwendung der medizinischen Terminologie
  • Hohe Fach- und Sozialkompetenz sowie Belastbarkeit
  • Teamfähige, motivierte, flexible, engagierte und empathische Persönlichkeit
