Die Direktion Immobilien und Betrieb gestaltet die Spitalinfrastruktur der Zukunft und ist für Betriebsdienstleistungen rund um das Spital verantwortlich. Der Bereich Hotellerie erbringt für die Insel Gruppe während 365 Tagen im Jahr gastronomische Dienstleistungen. Das Spital und Altersheim Belp ist ein moderner, mittlerer Betrieb mit rund 120 Betten und einer vielseitigen Infrastruktur. Bei uns bist du mittendrin und sorgst gemeinsam mit dem Team dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste rundum wohlfühlen.

**Das erwartet dich**

* Du richtest unsere Speisen frisch und appetitlich an und berätst unsere Gäste freundlich und kompetent * Du berätst und bedienst die Bewohnenden des Altersheims mit einem Lächeln * Du präsentierst unser Verkaufsangebot ansprechend und hygienisch und achtest auf eine korrekte Deklaration * Du bedienst die Kasse sicher und erledigst die Abrechnungen zuverlässig * Bei Anlässen und Caterings packst du aktiv mit an und trägst zu gelungenen Gästemomenten bei * Ordnung und Sauberkeit sind für dich selbstverständlich - bei Aufräum- und Reinigungsarbeiten arbeitest du tatkräftig mit * Du arbeitest gerne im Team und hilfst dort mit, wo deine Unterstützung gerade gebraucht wird

**Das bringst du mit**

* Du hast Freude am direkten Kontakt mit unseren Gästen und begeisterst mit deinem herzlichen und aufmerksamen Service * Idealerweise bringst du bereits Erfahrung in der Gemeinschaftsgastronomie mit - falls nicht, arbeiten wir dich gerne sorgfältig ein * Mit deiner offenen, freundlichen Art sorgst du für eine angenehme Atmosphäre und dafür, dass sich unsere Gäste wohlfühlen * Du sprichst gut Deutsch und verstehst Schweizerdeutsch * Du bist flexibel und bereit, in verschiedenen Diensten zu arbeiten. Auch regelmässige Einsätze am Wochenende oder solche mit Zimmerstunde sind für dich kein Problem
