Ausbildung zur Dipl. Pflegefachfrau / zum Dipl. Pflegefachmann HF

Ausbildungsdauer

Wir bieten Ihnen zwei Varianten an, der dreijährige Bildungsgang zur diplomierten Pflegefachperson HF baut auf einen Anschluss der Sekundarstufe II auf, und der zweijährige Bildungsgang auf einem FaGe EFZ.

Berufsbild

Als diplomierte Pflegefachfrau und diplomierter Pflegefachmann HF (Schwerpunkte: Somatik und KJFF) tragen Sie die Verantwortung für die Pflege und Betreuung von Menschen jeden Alters, in unterschiedlichen physischen und/oder psychischen Zuständen und in verschiedenen sozialen Umfeldern. Sie stehen als zentrale Verbindungsstelle mit verschiedenen Fachpersonen in engem Kontakt und fördern den besten Genesungsprozess von Patientinnen und Patienten.

Weiterhin haben unsere Auszubildende Zugang zur Lernwerkstatt, und zudem findet Selbstorganisiertes Lernen auf den Abteilungen statt- mit dem Lernangebot KoLeG (Kooperative Lerngruppe)

Voraussetzungen für den dreijährigen Bildungsgang

  • Fachmittelschule oder gymnasiale Maturität oder
  • Abschluss einer mind. 3-jährigen beruflichen Grundbildung EFZ (vorzugsweise aus einem medizinischen oder anverwandten Beruf sowie
  • bestandene Eignungsabklärung am Careum Bildungszentrum oder am ZAG inkl. zweitägiges Eignungspraktikum

Voraussetzungen für den zweijährigen Bildungsgang

  • Abschluss des FaGe EFZ
  • bestandene Eignungsabklärung am Careum Bildungszentrum oder am ZAG inkl. zweitägiges Eignungspraktikum
