The posting

Der Spitalverbund Appenzell Ausserrhoden mit dem Akutspital Herisau und dem Psychiatrischen Zentrum AR in Herisau stellt die erweiterte medizinische Grundversorgung für die Bevölkerung im Kanton Appenzell Ausserrhoden sicher und ist auch für einen grossen Teil der Bevölkerung der umliegenden Region erste Anlaufstelle. Beide Standorte sind für den Kanton und darüber hinaus versorgungsrelevant.

Im Departement Pflege unter der Leitung von Frau Dagmar Steinle suchen wir per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung eine Pflegedienstleitung zu einem Arbeitspensum von 80-100%.

Deine Aufgaben \- Begleiten von Veränderungsprozessen und Unterstützen der Teams bei der nachhaltigen Umsetzung neuer Standards \- Entwickeln, Aktualisieren und Implementieren von pflegerischen Standards, Richtlinien und Konzepten \- Leiten von Fallbesprechungen in komplexen Pflegesituationen \- Ableiten und Umsetzen von Verbesserungsmassnahmen aus Qualitätsdaten, Audits und Evaluationen \- Implementieren von wissenschaftlichen Erkenntnissen in die Pflegepraxis \- Fachliche Führung und Weiterentwicklung der Fachverantwortlichen Pflege \- Leiten von Arbeitsgruppen (pflegerelevante und/oder bereichsübergreifende Aufgaben) \- Aktive Mitarbeit in den Teams und Unterstützung der Teams beim Pflegeprozess \- Evaluation, Controlling und Weiterentwicklung der verwendeten Pflegeassessments \- Koordinieren, Planen und Teaching von Studierenden FH (Bachelor of Science in Pflege) \- Unterstützung bei der Weiterentwicklung des Departementes Pflege \- Konstruktive Zusammenarbeit mit allen Schnittstellen des Departementes \- Initiierung, Konzeptionierung und Implementierung von neuen Pflegeangeboten und Versorgungsmodellen innerhalb des Spitals Herisau \- Definieren, Erheben und Auswerten von pflegesensitiven Qualitätsindikatoren

Dein Profil \- Abschluss des Studiums Master of Science in Pflege \- Sie bringen Erfahrung in der praktischen Tätigkeit in einem Schweizer Spital mit \- Interesse an der Zusammenarbeit im interprofessionellen Team \- Sie haben Freude daran, Neues zu entwickeln und Ihre Ideen einzubringen \- Verantwortungsvolle und patientenorientierte Grundhaltung
