Der Spitalverbund Appenzell Ausserrhoden mit dem Akutspital Herisau und dem Psychiatrischen Zentrum AR in Herisau stellt die erweiterte medizinische Grundversorgung für die Bevölkerung im Kanton Appenzell Ausserrhoden sicher und ist auch für einen grossen Teil der Bevölkerung der umliegenden Region erste Anlaufstelle. Beide Standorte sind für den Kanton und darüber hinaus versorgungsrelevant.

Im Departement Chirurgie unter der Leitung von Herr. Dr. med. Martin Seifert suchen wir einen Oberarzt oder eine Oberärztin zu einem Arbeitspensum von 80-100%

Ihre Aufgaben \- Selbstständige Betreuung stationärer und ambulanter chirurgischer Patientinnen und Patienten \- Durchführung und Assistenz chirurgischer Eingriffe entsprechend Ihrer Erfahrung und Qualifikation \- Teilnahme am oberärztlichen Dienstsystem \- Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit allen beteiligten Fachbereichen \- Supervision und Weiterbildung der Assistenzärztinnen und Assistenzärzte \- Aktive Mitwirkung an Qualitätsprojekten sowie an der Weiterentwicklung der Klinik

Ihr Profil \- Facharzttitel Chirurgie (FMH oder äquivalente Anerkennung) \- Fundierte Erfahrung in der Allgemein- und Viszeralchirurgie \- Hohe fachliche Kompetenz sowie eine patientenorientierte Arbeitsweise \- Freude an interdisziplinärer Zusammenarbeit und Ausbildung junger Kolleginnen und Kollegen \- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigeninitiative und Organisationsgeschick \- Ausgeprägte Teamfähigkeit und hohe Sozialkompetenz \- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
