  • Aktive Mitgestaltung und Weiterentwicklung der Ausbildungsqualität am Spitalzentrum Biel
  • Betreuung der Patientinnen und Patienten als diplomierte Pflegefachperson
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Teamleitung, dem Pflegeteam und dem Bildungsteam

Das zeichnet dich aus ##

  • Diplom als Pflegefachfrau/-mann HF/FH
  • Pädagogische Weiterbildung (SVEB I) oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
  • Freude an der Begleitung und Förderung von Lernenden und Studierenden unterschiedlicher Ausbildungsstufen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations-, Coaching- und Reflexionsfähigkeiten
  • Hohe Sozialkompetenz sowie die Fähigkeit, Menschen in ihrer Entwicklung wertschätzend zu begleiten
  • Interesse an kontinuierlicher fachlicher und persönlicher Weiterentwicklung
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie Grundkenntnisse der französischen Sprache
