  • Persönlicher Empfang der Patienten in der Notfallaufnahme
  • Administrative Aufnahme, Bearbeitung der Patientendaten und Erstellung von Dokumenten
  • Sicherstellen einer vollständigen Kostengarantie (Abklärung von Versicherungsverhältnissen)
  • Mitgestaltung von Prozessen und Optimierung der internen Arbeitsmethoden
  • Fördern der interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit (u. a. Pflege, Ärzte, Sicherheitsdienst)
  • Kommunikation und Koordination

Das zeichnet dich aus ##

  • Kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder gute Kenntnisse der Microsoft IT-Tools (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Deutsche oder französische Muttersprache mit sehr guten Kenntnissen (mündlich/schriftlich) der anderen Sprache. Englisch- und/oder Italienischkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
  • Organisatorisches Geschick und Schnelligkeit bei sich wiederholenden Aufgaben
  • Sie sind teamorientiert und flexibel, Ihre Einstellung ist dienstleistungsorientiert, Sie verfügen über gute soziale Kompetenzen und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein
  • Sie haben Freude an einer abwechslungsreichen Arbeit und am menschlichen Kontakt mit Patienten und der Ärzteschaft
  • Sie sind bereit, an Wochenenden, in der Nacht und an Feiertagen zu arbeiten
