In unserer spezialisierten Palliative Care begleiten wir Menschen in ihrem letzten Lebensabschnitt. Die Patientinnen und Patienten mit ihren Bedürfnissen stehen dabei im Fokus. Mittendrin steht die Ergotherapie und ermöglicht was ihnen wichtig ist. In unserem Pflegezentrum arbeitet die Ergotherapie mit Fokus auf Erhalt der Selbständigkeit und Selbstwirksamkeit.

Das Aufgabenfeld der Ergotherapie im Spital Zofingen umfasst stationäre als auch ambulante Behandlungen. Stationär arbeiten wir auf der Akutgeriatrie und Palliative Care. Ambulante Behandlungen bieten wir in der Handtherapie, Neurologie, Pädiatrie und in unserem Pflegezentrum an.

Es erwartet dich ein eingespieltes, aufgestelltes und professionelles Team, dem ein reger Austausch und gegenseitige Unterstützung wichtig ist. Das Team umfasst 9 Ergotherapeutinnen und phasenweise ein/e Studierende/r. Das Therapiesekretariat unterstützt die administrativen Prozesse.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Behandlung von Patientinnen und Patienten im stationären Bereich der Palliative Care und ambulant in unserem Pflegezentrum
  • Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit im Rahmen von Morgenrapporten, Fallbesprechungen und Teilnahme an Rundtischgesprächen auf der Palliative Care
  • Übernahme der Koordinationsverantwortung in diesen Bereichen im Rahmen von Patientenplanung, Materialbewirtschaftung, Budgetplanung, Teilnahme an Teamplayersitzung der Palliative Care, Möglichkeit zur aktiven Mitgestaltung des ergotherapeutischen Angebots in diesen Bereichen sowie an den interprofessionellen Prozessen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Ergotherapeut/in mit SRK\-Anerkennung oder Bachelor in Ergotherapie
  • Idealerweise Erfahrung oder besondere Motivation für die Arbeit in der Palliative Care und Geriatrie
  • Du legst Wert auf einen ganzheitlichen Ansatz, wobei der Mensch und die Bedürfnisse seiner Angehörigen im Mittelpunkt stehen
  • Du fühlst dich sicher im Umgang mit digitaler Dokumentation und moderner Teamkommunikation
  • Du arbeitest evidenzbasiert, lösungsorientiert und verantwortungsbewusst
