Die langjährige Leitung unserer Aktivierung verabschiedet sich per Ende Jahr in den wohlverdienten Ruhestand. Deshalb suchen wir eine engagierte und kreative Persönlichkeit, die die Leitung der Aktivierung übernimmt, das Angebot fachlich und konzeptionell weiterentwickelt und gemeinsam mit dem Team neue Impulse setzt.

In dieser vielseitigen Funktion verbinden Sie Ihre fachliche Expertise mit organisatorischem Geschick und einem ausgeprägten Gespür für die Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohnerinnen sowie Bewohner. Sie schaffen Räume für Begegnungen, fördern vorhandene Ressourcen und ermöglichen sinnstiftende Erlebnisse, die Freude, Selbstbestimmung sowie Lebensqualität im Alltag stärken.

Das Pflegezentrum Spital Zofingen bietet bis zu 92 Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern ein Zuhause, in dem Menschlichkeit, Wertschätzung sowie eine individuelle Betreuung im Mittelpunkt stehen. Gemeinsam mit einem engagierten, interdisziplinären Team gestalten wir einen abwechslungsreichen und würdevollen Alltag.

Als Teil des Campus Zofingen und in enger Verbindung mit dem Spital profitieren Sie von kurzen Kommunikationswegen, einem starken Netzwerk und einer interdisziplinären Zusammenarbeit. Bei uns erhalten Sie Gestaltungsspielraum, können Ihre Ideen einbringen und die Weiterentwicklung der Aktivierung aktiv prägen.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Sie übernehmen die fachliche und personelle Leitung des Teams Aktivierung (3 Personen) und begleiten künftige Studierende HF kompetent auf ihrem Ausbildungsweg.
  • Gemeinsam mit Ihrem Team gestalten Sie eine abwechslungsreiche, bedürfnisorientierte und strukturierte Aktivierung, die den Alltag unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner bereichert \- in enger Zusammenarbeit mit der Leitung Pflegezentrum und den Pflegeabteilungen.
  • Sie planen und realisieren mit viel Kreativität vielfältige Anlässe und Ausflüge.
  • Sie koordinieren die Einsätze unserer 30 Freiwilligen Mitarbeitenden.
  • Mit Ihrem Gespür für Jahreszeiten und Stimmungen sorgen Sie für eine liebevolle, saisonale Dekoration auf den Pflegeabteilungen.

Ihr Profil

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Dipl. Aktivierungsfachfrau/Aktivierungsfachmann HF * Berufserfahrung in einer leitenden Funktion sowie in der Langzeitpflege * Hervorragende organisatorische Fähigkeiten * Herzliche und humorvolle Grundeinstellung sowie eine offene und kontaktfreudige * Motivation und Freude, sich vielseitigen Herausforderungen zu stellen und Neues anzupacken * Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift Bewerbungen von Stellenvermittlern können für diese Stelle nicht berücksichtigt werden!
