Deine

Du führst die Zentralen Dienste, ein kleines Team in Finanzen, IT, Personal und Infrastruktur. Als Mitglied der Geschäftsleitung gestaltest du die Zukunft der SBBR AG mit. Dein Auftrag: die Pflege von Administration entlasten, damit mehr Zeit bei den Menschen zu Hause bleibt.

Was dich erwartet

Du führst dein Team mit Nähe und Klarheit, hörst zu, gibst Orientierung und entwickelst deine Mitarbeitenden treibst die Digitalisierung voran, mit dem Ziel, Daten nur einmal zu erfassen und die Administration zu verantwortest Finanzen, Reporting und Compliance gegenüber Geschäftsleitung und Verwaltungsrat und sicherst die wirtschaftliche Stabilität bist Ansprechperson für Teamleitungen, Pflegeteams und externe Partner und vermittelst zwischen Pflegealltag und Administration.

Was du mitbringst

Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Public Management, Gesundheitsökonomie oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.Führungserfahrung, gerne im Gesundheits\- oder Non\-Profit\-Bereich. Wie du führst, zählt für uns mehr als die Anzahl Kenntnisse in mindestens zwei der Bereiche Finanzen, IT, Personal oder Infrastruktur.Empathie: Du interessierst dich für die Menschen hinter den Prozessen und kannst dich in eine Pflegefachperson hineinversetzen, die morgens um sieben im Quartier unterwegs ist.Ruhe und Kompetenz: In hektischen Phasen behältst du den Überblick und triffst Entscheide, die dein Team nachvollziehen an neuen Modellen und an digitalen Lö Deutsch\- und ösischkenntnisse, unsere Region ist zweisprachig.
